1.    q.    How do I get assistance to pay for child care?
a.    Neighborhood Centers Incorporated (NCI) is a agency that assist people who have a job or attending school.  In some cases they assist while the
person is looking for a job.  Contact them at  1-888-469-5627.
There are some jobs that assist their staff with child care.
2.    q.    Do you provide before and after school care?
a.    Yes. We open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 6:30 p.m.  We will make sure the child gets to and from school.
3.    q.    Can I get a discount if I have more than 1 child?
a.    Yes.
4.    q.    Do you provide transportation?
a.    Yes. In most areas.
5.    q.    Which holidays is the center closed?
a.    We are only closed 7 days a year and 1/2 day 1 day a year.  Closed – Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, MLK Holiday,
Memorial Day and Independence Day.  1/2 day Good Friday.
6.    q.    Does the center go on field trips?
a.    Yes.  Most are free.  Some are at low cost to the parent.
7.    q.    Can the parents attend the field trips?
a.    Yes.
8.    q.    Do the children bring their own food?
a.    No.  The center provides 4 nutrional meals daily.  Breakfast @ 8:00a.m., A.M. Snack @ 10:00a.m., Lunch @ 12:30p.m. and P.M. Snack @3:30 p.m
The center participates in the U.S. governments food program.  This means this state monitored program will reimburse the center for part of the amount
paid for food, preparing the food and set up/clean up.
9.    q.    What ages do you care for?
a.    ages 0 – 12 years old
10.  q.    Do you accept drop ins?
a.    No.
